Douglas Whatley
Senior Vice President
Mr. Whatley oversees all aspects of Business Development, Marketing, PR, and general executive leadership/management for SP3 Group. Having lived in Austin for 30 years, Mr. Whatley has devoted his professional career to building Human Resources-related consulting businesses that have focused on areas such as HR Consulting, Recruiting, Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Motivational Speaking, Training and Counseling. Before SP3 Group, Mr. Whatley spent almost 4 years as Vice President of Infosys Development Group, an information technology consulting company based out of Houston, TX. Prior to this work, Mr. Whatley spent 14 years, ultimately as President, of Professional Career Associates, a career development, HR services and executive coaching company, that was originally founded in 1973. Mr. Whatley has been published in local/Texas newspapers, journals and newsletters and has been a prominent public speaker for local industry related luncheons, workshops and seminars. Mr. Whatley holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Texas, and has extensive training in Entrepreneurship, Performance Quality, Relationship Building, Career and Professional Development and Executive Coaching techniques.

Allan F. Milder SPHR & MBA
Vice President, HR Services
Mr. Milder directs all aspects of our Consulting Services division. His move to SP3 Group caps a 35-year HR career by capitalizing on his depth of business experience and training. Prior to SP3 Group, Mr. Milder held numerous HR roles in management and in internal consulting positions with IBM, Broadwing Communications, the Public Sector, and had built his own successful HR consulting firm (working with Dell Computer, Andersen Consulting, IBM, the City of Austin, and a number of other smaller organizations). Mr. Milder is an active member in the Society of Human Resource Management, is currently holding the office of VP, Finance within the Austin Human Resources Management Association, and is a past Officer of the Austin Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. Mr. Milder holds a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and an MBA from St. Edwards University.

Juliana M. Harris
Director, HR and Staffing Services
Ms. Harris directs all aspects of SP3 Group's Staffing division that provides temporary, contract, contact-to-hire, and direct hire of all disciplines of human resources to include HR Generalists, Recruiting professionals, Benefits Specialists, Comp Specialists, and Training & OD Specialists. In her 25 years of HR management experience, Ms. Harris has spent 15 years in outplacement, career development, and training for individuals and corporate clients in high technology, banking, finance and oil and gas, as well as other industries. Prior to joining SP3 Group, Ms. Harris managed Professional Career Associates where she oversaw and performed individual career counseling and coaching since 1996. Before PCA, she spent six years at international outplacement firm Drake Beam Morin, Inc. where she worked as a Consultant and Director of Job Development. She began her career with 10 years in management of manufacturing plant operations and personnel management. As a writer, trainer and speaker, Ms. Harris is heavily involved in community affairs. She collaborates with partners such as: AHRMA, WorkSource, Capital Area and North East Texas Workforce Commissions, SafePlace, Disability Assistance of Central Texas, WorkLife Strategies and many more. Ms. Harris has her B.S. in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and over 300 hours of professional training in sexual harassment prevention, workplace diversity, negotiation and skill assessment.


Linda K. Haines
Advisory Board Member
Ms. Haines brings to SP3 Group over 30 years of human resource management experience, with 25 years being at the executive level. As an accomplished human resources and organizational management consultant and executive coach, she has helped company executives develop and implement organizational strategies to support dramatic growth, change, and globalization. Her business orientation and problem-solving skills frequently lead to requests for her advice and consultation on a wide range of business issues.
Ms. Haines has had extensive experience in developing and implementing customized recruitment and retention strategies, compensation and benefit plans, organizational assessments and development plans, management and supervisory training programs, and other human resources programs designed to help businesses reach their goals. She has created start-up human resource departments and has reengineered and streamlined large existing functions, using combinations of strategies such as outsourcing and new technology. Ms. Haines built and managed People Solutions of Austin, a consulting business that reached $1.5 million in annual revenue by its fourth year in business. She has worked for premier companies including Stanford University, EPIC Healthcare, Pharmaco International, and Dell Computer Corporation.
Ms. Haines has a BA and an MA from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and the SPHR certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Austin Human Resources Management Association, founder and past Chair of the Human Resources Peer Group of Austin Software Council, Board member and Bioscience Initiative Board liaison of the Technical Business Network, past Chair of the Board of Directors for Pathways Community Counseling (now lifeWorks), and Board Member of People's Community Clinic.

William Leake
Advisory Board Member
A startup expert, McKinsey & Company alum and Dell computer veteran, Bill has deep expertise in using direct marketing to drive both sales and leads, at both the senior executive, and at the tactical level. Prior to founding LCG, a national leader in Search Marketing and other tactical marketing services, Bill was President and COO of Journyx, a profitable software firm. At Journyx, Bill used online and other direct methods to grow the company from 5 to 50 people, and drove product revenues from zero up into the mid seven figures. Prior to Journyx, William held leadership positions at several public and private venture-capital backed firms, including Trusted Information Systems (TISX, now NET) and/Haystack Labs, prominent security software firms back in the mid-90's, and also founded a B2C catalog firm with revenues currently in the healthy 8-figures. At Power Computing, William was part of the core management team that led this Apple Macintosh clone to break the historical record for company revenue growth (previously set by Compaq), growing the firm from zero to over $250 million in revenues in less than two years. Before Power, William worked in the Office of the Chairman at Dell Computer on several key strategic initiatives, and at McKinsey and Company, where he served clients across a wide range of industries and geographies. Over the course of his career, William has also had responsibility for and has successfully developed business in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. William has an MBA with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University.

Rick Fuelling
Advisory Board Member
Mr. Fuelling brings to SP3 Group his unique skill set and extensive background as both an entrepreneur and HR professional. A well-rounded and seasoned generalist and manager, Mr. Fuelling brings maturity and business savvy to the table and provides a strategic view to developing HR departments and initiatives. Prior to joining SP3 Group, Mr. Fuelling ran Spectrum Consulting, an HR services firm. Prior to Spectrum, Mr. Fuelling held numerous senior positions with Dell Computer, Kraft General Foods, Frito-Lay, Atlantic Richfield and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Fuelling is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Austin Human Resource Management Association, and is a corporate member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management. Mr. Fuelling holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
